The goal is to buy drones in the Czech Republic and deliver them to troops in Donbas. Small commercial drones are more affordable for more people fighting in Ukraine, increasing the number of eyes in the air.

Small commercial drones get the job done via:

– searching for live forces, equipment and buildings
– observation and support for ground forces
– navigation for artillery
– accurate dropping of explosives on enemy forces

I was in Donbas for the first time in June 2022 with humanitarian aid and material for Czech soldiers who serve in the volunteer battalion Karpatská Sič.

My motivation is to help in the territory of Ukraine in the fight against the Russian army in order to reduce the number of attacks against civilians. I help by supporting the Czech soldiers fighting in the Donbas region and by importing the necessary material, which I am able to get together with other volunteers.

The better equipped and regularly supported our soldiers are, the better they will do their jobs, because they know we will not abandon them there, and that we will support them. The better technology they have at their disposal, the greater the tactical advantage they will have over the Russian occupiers.

I want to repeatedly deliver support to Czech volunteers as long as it is needed. Every month, more Czechs join the fighting in Donbas.
The journey to Donbas is not easy, because first you need to overcome the bureaucracy at the border with Ukraine, then you need to drive through the whole of Ukraine, and lastly you need to wait for a gap when the Russians are not shelling places and warehouses en route, and when Ukrainian troops have guarded and secured these routes against saboteurs.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.

Every campaign that you can find on the Weapons for Ukraine website is thoroughly verified in several ways. First of all, we check the guarantor of the campaign. The guarantor must personally vouch for the truthfulness of the information, meet us personally and prove their identity. We then verify the purpose of the campaign and manually verify that the aid recipient is an existing unit that trusts the guarantor and that it really needs the equipment for which the campaign raises funds. In the case of weapons or weapon systems, the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic and the Embassy of Ukraine in the Czech Republic also carry out an examination of their necessity and usefulness.
